Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a very clean ambiance and great customer service, especially from the reception staff. The location is fantastic, allowing easy access to museums and markets. However, the bathrooms need an upgrade, and the restaurant service left something to be desired, which detracted a bit from the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall, with a beautiful view of Table Mountain and helpful staff that made me feel welcome. The included breakfast was enjoyable, but I found a few aspects less than ideal, such as the noise from the street and the inconsistency of the Wi-Fi service. While the room was clean and comfortable, I think there are better options available in Cape Town.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with stunning views of Table Mountain and the Company Gardens right across the street. The rooms were cozy and neat, and the staff were always available to help. Unfortunately, one night we experienced a lot of noise from the street that made it hard to sleep. Still, the location was perfect for exploring the city and getting around. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially with a breakfast included.
I made a last-minute booking at this hotel, and while my room was compact and had a limited view, I found the price quite reasonable. The staff were generally duty-minded, but there wasn't much warmth in their interactions. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t serviced properly, which affected my overall experience. For the value, it was satisfactory, but improvements in service could make a big difference.
I had a decent stay at this boutique hotel. The location is fantastic, being close to nightlife and dining, and I appreciated the spacious room with an awesome view of Table Mountain. However, the service was a bit disappointing at times, especially with the dining experience and cleanliness of my room. Overall, it's value for money, but there's room for improvement.
